This guide helps you find your ideal size. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Use a flexible measuring tape and take your measurements while wearing underwear.

A Measure the chest/bust horizontally at its widest point, usually just below the shoulders for men and children, and at the fullest part of the bust for women.

B Measure the waist horizontally at its narrowest point, usually around the navel.

C Measure the hips horizontally at the widest point of the buttocks.

D Height is measured as total height, from the soles of the feet to the top of the head.
