My account
To create a French Disorder customer account, click on the "My account" icon located at the top right of the website. Enter your email address and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account creation. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder. If the problem persists, contact our customer service via our contact form.
To log in to your account, click on the "My Account" icon located at the top right of the site and enter your email address.
You will then receive a one-time login code by email: no password is required. Enter this code on the site to access your account.

To access your orders, log in to your account and go to "My account" then "My orders". Click on the relevant order to view its details.
To subscribe to the French Disorder newsletter, go to the bottom of the website page and enter your email address. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.
To unsubscribe, click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each French Disorder newsletter. You can also contact our customer service via our contact form, specifying the email address used when you subscribed.
For any questions regarding your personal data, or to exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability or deletion, please contact our customer service via our contact form.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time from the banner or the cookie management link accessible at the bottom of the site page.

To delete your account, please contact our customer service via our contact form. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, and the data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Order on the eShop
You can place an order on our website 24/7.
On the eShop, select the item with its colour variation and desired size, then add it to your basket by clicking on "Add to basket". Once your items have been added, click on the "Basket" icon at the top right of the page, then on "Checkout". Enter your delivery and billing address, choose your delivery method and your payment method. You will then be invited to proceed with the payment of your order and to accept the French Disorder general terms and conditions of sale. An order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.
If you do not receive it within the next 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.
If you encounter any difficulties placing or finalising your purchase, please contact our customer service via our contact form or on 05 33 09 14 47 (non-premium call in France), Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
If you would like to include a French Disorder gift bag with your order, please tick the "Add a gift bag" option in your basket. An amount of €1 will be added to your order.
If you wish to order with a French Disorder E-gift card, enter the code from the email you received with your E-gift card in the "Gift card or promo code" field at the time of payment. If you do not use the full amount, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase. If the amount of your order is greater than your E-gift card, you can pay the difference when you confirm your order.

Order preparation time takes several days and may be extended during peak workshop activity periods.
Sweatricotins are hand-embroidered and made to order: their production requires an additional delay that is added to the initial preparation time.
French Disorder makes every effort to prepare your order and hand it over as quickly as possible to the carrier of your choice.
Sweatricotins are made to order and carefully hand-embroidered by our seamstresses at the Bordeaux workshop. This production step requires an additional 48 to 72 hours before shipping preparation. The entire order is sent once all items are available.
To modify your order, please contact our customer service via our contact form, specifying your order number and the changes you would like to make. You can also reach us at +33 5 33 09 14 47 (local call rate from France), Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be modified. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to request a return:
- Order placed before September 17, 2026: click here to start your return request.

Payment
French Disorder offers 100% secure payment methods.
To pay for your order, choose a payment method from the options offered: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bancaire), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal account.
No bank data is stored or transmitted through French Disorder's systems: payment is entirely managed by our payment provider, via a secure interface.
French Disorder does not accept payments by check or bank transfer.
If you wish to order with an E-gift card or a credit, enter the code from the email received with your E-gift card or credit into the "Gift card or promo code" field at the time of payment. If you don't use the full amount, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase. If your order amount is higher than your E-gift card or credit, you can pay the difference when you confirm your order.

Our prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes for orders destined for countries within the European Union.
For orders destined for countries outside the European Union, prices are shown exclusive of tax. These orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient and payable to the carrier upon delivery.
By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale at the time of payment, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the import of the products, in accordance with the laws of the country receiving the order. French Disorder cannot be held responsible for applicable taxes if the customer or recipient refuses to pay them upon delivery.
You cannot recover VAT on purchases made on the French Disorder website.
If your payment was unsuccessful, you will receive an email from French Disorder confirming the transaction failure.

Delivery
French Disorder ships within France and internationally.
Delivery methods, carriers, and lead times vary depending on your destination country. Find full details of carriers, lead times, and delivery costs on our Shipping Policy page.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account, then going to "My account" and "My orders": open the details of the desired order and click on the tracking number to be redirected to the carrier's website.
Please note that once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or unforeseen events related to its delivery.
If you are not present when the delivery person arrives, you will receive a delivery notice and, depending on the chosen carrier, you can reschedule home delivery or delivery to a relay point.
If you need to collect your parcel from a relay point, it will remain available there for 14 calendar days after delivery. After this period, it will be returned to our workshop.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to collect your package from a post office or relay point. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us and you will be refunded for your purchase.
Returns (Exchanges and Refunds)
Please note that purchases made at our French Disorder resellers and Galeries Lafayette corners cannot be exchanged or refunded on our website. To return a purchase made on our French Disorder eShop, please refer to our "returns" page.
You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to make a return.
Go to the return portal that matches the date of your order, also accessible from your customer account under "My Account" then "My Orders" or "My Returns":
- Order placed before September 17, 2026: access the return portal
- Order placed on or after September 17, 2026: access the return portal
You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. You will be able to exchange the item(s) or request a refund.
Return fees:
- France and Belgium: €1
- EU countries: €12
- Non-EU countries: €36
Once your return request is completed, you will receive all the necessary information by email to send us your parcel, including your return label. Please send your order to 10 rue Bougainville, 33300 Bordeaux, France, MGMV company.
The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn, and with the tag still attached. French Disorder reserves the right to refuse a non-compliant return.
Refund:
Return approved: within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the returned item, you will be refunded the amount of the item, excluding return fees, to the payment method used for the original transaction, or you will receive store credit of the same amount on the eShop.
Return not approved: you will receive an email notification within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the returned item.
Exchange:
Return approved: within a maximum of 7 days, the new item chosen will be sent to the address provided when you made your exchange request, subject to stock availability.
Return not approved: you will receive an email notification within a maximum of 7 days.

If you encounter a problem with an item purchased in one of our stores or from a French Disorder retailer, please contact the store where you made your purchase directly. Our customer service only handles requests related to purchases made on our eShop.
Clothing and Accessory Care Guide
French Disorder clothing and accessories are carefully crafted with high-quality premium materials. To wear them for a long time and love them as much as the first day, you can consult our care tips.
French Disorder has developed an exclusive premium fleece, ultra-soft and comfortable to the touch. Wash these garments in the machine at 30 or 40 degrees with a mild detergent and moderate spin (800 revolutions/minute). Dry them away from direct sunlight and iron at a moderate temperature (150 degrees max), without over-pressing the patterns.
Machine drying is strongly discouraged. Any stains should preferably be treated before washing. Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-based agents) is prohibited.
French Disorder's premium cotton jersey is known for its durability and softness. Machine wash it at 30 or 40 degrees with a mild detergent and moderate spin (800 rpm). Dry it away from direct sunlight and iron at a moderate temperature (150 degrees max).
Tumble drying is strongly discouraged. Any stains should preferably be treated before washing. Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygenated agents) is prohibited.
French Disorder slub cotton, made from a blend of viscose and cotton, is particularly soft, supple, and lightweight. Machine wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a mild detergent and moderate spin (800 revolutions/minute). Dry away from direct sunlight and iron at a moderate temperature (150 degrees max).
Tumble drying and bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-based agents) are prohibited. Any stains should preferably be treated before washing.
These garments are made with premium cotton, soft and very comfortable to wear. Machine wash them at 30 or 40 degrees with a mild detergent and moderate spin (800 rpm). Dry them away from direct sunlight and iron them at a moderate temperature (150 degrees max).
Tumble drying and bleaching (with chlorine or oxygenated agents) are prohibited. Any stains should preferably be treated before washing.
This jacket is lined with "sherpa" material, which imitates sheep's wool. Machine wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a gentle detergent and moderate spin (800 rpm). Dry it away from direct sunlight and iron only the fleece part, at a low temperature (110 degrees max). You can gently brush the sherpa part with a soft brush to restore its original softness.
Tumble drying and bleaching (with chlorine or oxygenated agents) are prohibited.
French Disorder swimsuits are made of polyamide and lycra, resistant to chlorine and UV rays. Hand wash them after each use, in lukewarm water with soap or a mild detergent. Rinse them in lukewarm water and let them dry away from direct sunlight. Do not iron them.
Tumble drying and bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-based agents) are prohibited.
These accessories are made from a durable cotton canvas. Spot clean with lukewarm water and soap. Machine washing is possible at a maximum of 30 degrees with a very gentle spin (400 rpm). Dry them away from direct sunlight.

The beanies are made from soft and warm acrylic knit. Wash them at 30 degrees, by hand or machine, with a wool-type spin (400 rpm). Dry them flat, away from direct sunlight. You can iron them at a low temperature (110 degrees max), inside out.
Tumble drying and bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-based agents) are prohibited.
