We have developed an exclusive fleece fabric, designed to be worn all year round, with an unrivalled cotton quality. From day one, we have woven and nurtured a strong connection with our signature material of choice: cotton. In close collaboration with our partner workshop in Portugal, we meticulously developed an exclusive French Disorder fleece, offering outstanding quality and an exceptional feel.
We take the time to make high-quality garments, carefully selecting natural, fully recyclable materials and paying particular attention to every step of the manufacturing process.
Creating long-lasting clothing starts with selecting natural materials, especially PREMIUM COTTON, renowned for its strength and softness. Wash after wash, season after season, the garment retains all its qualities, so it can be loved and worn for years to come.
A mechanical finishing process is applied to the fleece using CARBON EMERYING, giving it an even softer feel with a subtle velvety finish.
A gentle BRUSHING process is carried out on the inside of the fleece to create a soft, fluffy texture. A LAMINATION finish removes any loose fibres, making the fabric even softer and more comfortable to wear directly against the skin.
All our garments are PRE-WASHED at the factory to prevent shrinkage and colour fading. This softening wash is infused with a pleasant fragrance — the FRENCH DISORDER SIGNATURE SCENT.
