At French Disorder, all our items are made with particular care. From the choice of materials to the preparation of your parcel, everything is done to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have 15 days from receipt of your parcel to request a return. 

From 14 November 2023, our return times will switch to Xmas mode and will be extended until 8 January 2024.

How do I refund an item?

Go to your customer account (top right of this page), click on REQUEST A RETURN and follow the instructions. 

For orders in France and Belgium, after validation by our customer service department, you will receive a prepaid Colissimo return label to stick on your parcel before dropping it off at the post office. Only one prepaid label is sent for each order, so remember to group together all the items to be returned. Any additional returns will be at the customer's expense and should be sent to the following address: 

French Disorder, MGMV 10 rue BOUGAINVILLE, 33300 Bordeaux, France.

For orders outside France and Belgium, returns are at the customer's expense. Items must be returned to us with tracking to the following address:

Within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the returned product:

- in the case of a refund, the customer will be credited with the amount of the returned item, excluding shipping costs, to the credit card or Paypal account used for the transaction, or will receive a credit note for the same amount, to be used on the eShop.

*Returns are free in mainland France and Belgium.
