To create a French Disorder client account, click on the “My account” icon located on the upper right of the screen. Choose the option “New client” and fill in the registration form. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this email in the next 10 minutes, we invite you to check your spams. If the problem has not been resolved, send an email to Customer service at contact@frenchdisorder.com.

To connect to your account, click on the icon “My account” located on the upper right of the screen. Choose the option “Already a client” and fill in the email address you used when you registered (minimum 5 characters).

If you can’t connect, verify in the email you received when you created your French Disorder account for the email you used. If the problem is not resolved, send an email to Customer service at contact@frenchdisorder.com.

To modify your password, connect to your account. Go to “My account” and then “My contact information” and select “Modify my password”. If you forgot the password you chose when you registered, click on “Forgot password” and type in your email address again. You will receive an email to reset it.

To modify information linked to your account, connect to your account. Go to “My account” and select “My contact information” to modify whatever information you want to update. Don’t forget to record your modifications.

To have access to your orders and bills, connect to your account. Go to “My account” and then “My orders”. Once in the order history, click on “details” or “bill” for the order in question to view or download it.

To subscribe to the French Disorder newsletter, go to the bottom of the site page and type in your email address. Once the subscription is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it in 10 minutes, we suggest that you check your spams.

To unsubscribe to the newsletter, send an email to the Customer service at contact@frenchdisorder.com by specifying the email address you gave when you subscribed to the newsletter. You will receive a confirmation email. You have the possibility to unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of the page of each French Disorder newsletter.

Your personal data is accessible in “My account” and then “My personal data”. You can manage and remove all data linked to your account: cookies, debit card information recorded, subscription to the newsletter. Remember to record your modifications. Since we are concerned about your digital safety, French Disorder does not use its clients’ data and never communicates this information to a third party.

To have access to and modify your wishlist and alerts, connect to your account. In “My account” select “Wishlist”. You can also have access to the wishlist by clicking directly on the ❤ icon on all the eShop pages.

To permanently delete your account, send an email to Valérie, our Customer service director at contact@frenchdisorder.com. This action is immediate, the data linked to your account will be deleted permanently. You will receive a confirmation email.

Ordering on the eShop

You can place an order on our Internet site 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

On the eShop, select the article in the color and size you want. Add the product to the shopping basket by clicking the “Add to shopping basket” button. Once the article(s) is/are added to the shopping basket, click the “Shopping basket” icon on the upper right of the page.

Select “Already client” or “New client”. Type in your delivery and billing addresses, the delivery method you would like and your payment method. You will then be invited to pay for your order and accept French Disorder’s general sales conditions. An order confirmation email will automatically be sent.

If you don’t receive this email within 10 minutes, we suggest that you check your spams.

If you have difficulties in placing or finalizing your order, you can contact our Customer service at contact@frenchdisorder.com or by calling 05 33 09 14 47 (no extra charge in France) on Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

If you would like your order to be accompanied by a French Disorder gift pouch OR wrapping, check “Add a gift wrap” on your shopping basket page. 1€ will be added to your shopping basket.

If you wish to order on the site with an E-card gift, go to your shopping basket and, in the “Discount coupon/E-card gift” drop down menu, fill in the code from the email you received with the E-card gift. If you don’t use the entire amount of the E-card gift, you can use it for a later purchase. If the amount of your order is higher than the E-card gift, you can pay the difference when you validate your order.

It takes 24 to 48 hours to prepare an order and can be longer depending on busy periods in the workshop.

Sweatricotins are hand-embroidered and made to order which requires that an additional 48 to 72 hours be added to the initial preparation period.

French Disorder will do its best to prepare your order and give your package to the shipper you have chosen as quickly as possible.

Sweatricotins are made to order and carefully hand-embroidered by our seamstresses at the Bordeaux workshop. This manufacturing step requires 48 to 72 additional hours before it is ready for shipping. The entire order will be sent when all the articles are available.

If you wish to modify an order, send an email to Customer service at contact@frenchdisorder.com with your order number and the desired modifications. Once an order is handled and shipped, it cannot be modified. Once you have received the order, you have 15 days to request an exchange or reimbursement.

The French Disorder design studio has developed a guide to help you chose your garment size as accurately as possible. This guide is available on each article page by clicking “Size guide”. If the size of the article you receive is not correct, you have 15 days from when you receive your package to request an exchange.

To access the French Disorder General Sales Conditions, click on this GSC link. These general sales conditions may be modified, the applicable conditions are those in effect on the site the date you placed your order.

Payment

French Disorder offers 100% secure payment methods.

To pay for your order, choose a payment method among the options offered: debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Paypal account.

French Disorder does not accept payments by check or wire transfer.

French Disorder has chosen the PAYPLUG company, an affiliate of Natixis, as its online debit card payment solution. When you pay, you will be redirected to an interface where you can transmit your bank details in total security. The data, like your debit card number, is encrypted by the “Secure Socket Layer” security system (SSL technology).

You can also pay for your order with PayPal, an easy, rapid and secure way to pay online. PayPal lets you pay for an order without communicating your financial information during the transaction, but only your email and your PayPal password.

At no time will your bank details pass through the French Disorder computer system.

If you wish to order on the site with an E-card gift or a credit, go to your shopping basket and in the box “Discount voucher/E-card gift”, fill in the code in the email you received with the E-card gift or credit. If you don’t use the entire amount of the E-card gift or credit, you can use it for another purchase. If the amount of your order is higher than your E-card gift or credit, you can pay the difference when you validate your order.

The prices shown on the site include V.A.T. for orders destined for countries in the European Union.

For orders destined for countries outside the European Union, prices are indicated without V.A.T. These orders may be taxed or have additional customs costs when they arrive in the country they are being sent to. These will be paid to the shipper when they are delivered.

The client, in accepting the GSC at the moment of payment, agrees to pay all taxes due when importing the products (ex: customs or other taxes requested) based on the laws of the country where the order is received. French Disorder cannot be held responsible to pay for these applicable taxes if the client or recipient refuses to pay them at the time of delivery.

You cannot claim to get back the V.A.T. for purchases ordered on the French Disorder site.

If your payment could not be finalized, you will receive an email from French Disorder confirming that the transaction has failed.

Delivery

French Disorder delivers in France and internationally.

For shipping to France and Belgium, deliveries are handled by Colissimo and Chronopost.

For international shipping to the rest of the world, deliveries are assured by Colissimo Expert.

After sending, delivery times vary based on the shipper chosen at the moment your order is validated.

In France, packages handled by Colissimo will be delivered in 48 working-day hours. In France and Belgium, packages handled by Chronopost will be delivered in 24 working-day hours. 

In Europe and the rest of the world, orders are shipped with Colissimo Expert. Allow 3 to 4 days to receive your order in most European countries and 5 to 7 days for most destinations outside Europe.

As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.

You also have the possibility to follow your order in “My account” and then “My orders”. Go into the detail of the order desired and click on the tracking number. You will be redirected to the shipper’s site and tracking.

To follow the status of an order, go to “My account” and then “ My orders”, you will find the current status of your order.

Please note that once your package has been given to the shipper, we cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or risks linked to the package’s delivery.

If you are absent when the delivery person comes, you will receive a delivery notice and, based on the chosen shipper, you will have the possibility of reprogramming the delivery at home or to a Pick-up point.

If you have to get your package at a pick-up point, it will be available for 14 calendar days after it is delivered. After that, it will be sent back to our workshop.

Please note that once your package has been given to the shipper, we cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or risks linked to the package’s delivery.

You have a period of 14 days to pick up your package in a Post office or pick-up point counting from the day it was delivered there. Beyond that date, the package will automatically be returned to us and you will be reimbursed for your purchase.

Reimbursements

Please note that purchases made from our French Disorder retailers and Galeries Lafayette corners cannot be exchanged or reimbursed on our site. A purchase done on our French Disorder eShop can be only reimbursed on our site.

For hygienic reasons, undergarments can neither be exchanged nor returned. However if they have a manufacturing flaw, undergarments can be returned and will be reimbursed.

French Disorder will pay for the return of an order in France and Belgium. For returns outside France and Belgium, the return fees are the client’s responsibility.

To return an article from your order, you have 15 days from when you received the package to do so. Go to “My account” and then “My orders” and choose the order concerned. Select the article(s) you wish to return and validate your selection. When your request is validated, a return label to download and print will be available in your account “My returns”.

 From 14 November 2023, our return times will switch to Xmas mode and will be extended to 8 January 2024.

Please note that the article(s) must be returned in its/their original packaging in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn and with the label intact. French Disorder reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these rules.

French Disorder has fine-tuned an exclusive, premium quality fleece with an ultra-soft hand that is extremely comfortable. To conserve all the qualities of our fleece garments, machine-wash them at 30° or 40° with a soft detergent and gentle spinning cycle (800 revolutions/minute). Dry them out of direct sunlight. Iron them at a moderate temperature (150° maximum) without pressing too long on the motif.

Machine drying is not recommended.

It is preferable to treat stains before washing.

Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-releasing agents) is forbidden.

French Disorder’s premium cotton jersey is known for its resistance and softness. To conserve all the qualities of cotton jersey fabrics, machine-wash them at 30° or 40° with a soft detergent and gentle spinning cycle (800 revolutions/minute). Dry them out of direct sunlight. Iron them at a moderate temperature (150° maximum) without pressing too long on the motif.

Machine drying is not recommended.

It is preferable to treat stains before washing.

Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-releasing agents) is forbidden.

French Disorder’s slubbed cotton, made from a blend of rayon and cotton, is especially soft, supple and lightweight. 

To conserve all the qualities of slubbed cotton garments, machine-wash them at 30° or 40° with a soft detergent and gentle spinning cycle (800 revolutions/minute). Dry them out of direct sunlight. Iron them at a moderate temperature (150° maximum) without pressing too long on the motif.

It is preferable to treat stains before washing.

Machine drying is forbidden.

Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-releasing agents) is forbidden.

French Disorder’s cotton twill and cotton corduroy pants have been perfected with a supple, premium cotton that is very comfortable to wear. To conserve all their qualities, machine-wash them at 30° or 40° with a soft detergent and gentle spinning cycle (800 revolutions/minute). Dry your pants out of direct sunlight. Iron them at a moderate temperature (150° maximum).

It is preferable to treat stains before washing.

Machine drying is forbidden.

Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-releasing agents) is forbidden.

French Disorder’s fleece jacket is lined in a fabric known as “sherpa” that imitates shearling. To conserve its properties and softness, machine-wash it at 30° or 40° with a soft detergent and gentle spinning cycle (800 revolutions/minute). Dry your jacket out of direct sunlight. Iron it only on the fleece side at a low temperature (110° maximum). If needed, you can delicately brush the shearling with a soft brush to get back its original softness.

Machine drying is forbidden.

Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-releasing agents) is forbidden.

French Disorder bathing suits are made in polyamide and Lycra to resist chlorine and UV-rays as well as be comfortable and dry quickly. To care for them, handwash them right after wearing them in warm water with soap or a soft detergent. Then rinse in warm water and dry them out of direct sunlight. Do not iron bathing suits.

Machine drying is forbidden.

Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-releasing agents) is forbidden.

French Disorder panties and boxer shorts are made in premium cotton with a touch of elastane for more comfort. To conserve all their qualities, machine-wash them at 30° or 40° with a soft detergent and gentle spinning cycle (800 revolutions/minute). Dry them out of direct sunlight. There is no need to iron your underwear.

Machine drying is forbidden.

It is preferable to treat stains before washing.

Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-releasing agents) is forbidden.

French Disorder accessories are made in a very resistant cotton canvas. To care for them, wash any eventual stains with warm water and soap. It is possible to wash them in the machine at a maximum temperature of 30° and use a gentle spinning cycle (400 revolutions/minute). Dry them out of direct sunlight. 

Machine drying is forbidden.

Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-releasing agents) is forbidden.

Caps are made in a soft, warm acrylic knit. Wash them at 30° either by hand or in the machine with a wool spinning cycle (400 revolutions/minute). Dry them flat out of direct sunlight. They can be ironed at a low temperature (110°) on the inside.

Machine drying is forbidden.

Bleaching (with chlorine or oxygen-releasing agents) is forbidden.

 

To conserve their shape and original look, French Disorder caps can only be handwashed in warm water with soap or a soft detergent. After having rinsed them carefully, dry them out of direct sunlight. Do not iron caps.
